Visually inspects boilers and water and steam connection pipes
to locate leaks and defective parts. Notiifes work crew of
repairs to be made. Visually inspects repaired boilers to ensure
completion of repair job and notifies Boiler Operator (any
industry) to resume operation of boiler. Inspects claening
equipment, such as hand and powered wire brushes and chipping
tools, and orders replacements.
